Summary: Trust Life Solutions is a licensed insurance advisory. We provide quotes and advice at no cost to you; our compensation comes from the insurance carrier if you choose to purchase a policy. Insurance policies themselves are issued by and subject to the terms of the carrier you select, not Trust Life Solutions. We communicate with you by email, phone, and (with your consent) SMS/text and AI-assisted automated messages.
1. Who We Are
Trust Life Solutions is a d/b/a of Ihler Ventures LLC (EIN 39-3519492). Insurance advisory services are provided by Chris Ihler, a licensed insurance producer (National Producer Number 21599086) licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, and South Carolina. Licensing information for each state is available upon request and through the respective state department of insurance.
2. Nature of Services
Trust Life Solutions provides insurance advisory, quoting, and policy application support for life insurance, final expense insurance, mortgage protection insurance, indexed universal life insurance, whole life insurance, term life insurance, and annuities (availability varies by state and carrier). We are an independent producer with access to multiple A-rated carriers.
Our services to you are provided at no cost. We are compensated by the insurance carrier only if you choose to apply for and are issued a policy. Our compensation does not increase the premium you pay the carrier.
3. Not Insurance, Tax, Legal, or Investment Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not:
- An offer or solicitation of insurance in any jurisdiction where Trust Life Solutions is not licensed
- An offer of coverage or a binding quote
- Tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice
Insurance coverage is only effective once a policy is issued by a carrier, all required premium is paid, and all conditions of the policy are met. 7. Electronic Signatures and Records

Trust Life Solutions does not guarantee that:

- Any particular premium rate or coverage level can be obtained
- Any policy will be issued (issuance is subject to carrier approval based on full underwriting)
- The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
- Response times or turnaround estimates (e.g., "within one business day") are guaranteed, though we make reasonable efforts to meet them
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IHLER VENTURES LLC, TRUST LIFE SOLUTIONS, AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection laws and insurance regulations.

Any insurance policy you purchase is a contract between you and the issuing insurance carrier, not Trust Life Solutions. The terms, coverage, exclusions, and conditions of each policy are governed by the carrier's policy documents. Trust Life Solutions is not responsible for the acts, omissions, underwriting decisions, claims handling, or products of any carrier.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 15 below, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Latah County, Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Trust Life Solutions, we both agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting each other. You may reach us at chris@trustlifesolutions.com or at the address below. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days of written notice, either party may pursue formal resolution.
Nothing in this Section prevents you from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, reporting concerns to your state department of insurance, or pursuing any remedy available under applicable consumer-protection or insurance-regulatory law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent Site banner. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trust Life Solutions regarding your use of the Site and our services.
