Insurance advisory services are provided by Chris Ihler, a licensed insurance producer (National Producer Number 21599086) licensed in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, and South Carolina. Licensing information for each state is available upon request and through the respective state department of insurance.
2. Nature of Services
Trust Life Solutions provides insurance advisory, quoting, and policy application support for life insurance, final expense insurance, mortgage protection insurance, indexed universal life insurance, whole life insurance, term life insurance, and annuities (availability varies by state and carrier). We are an independent producer with access to multiple A-rated carriers.
Our services to you are provided at no cost. We are compensated by the insurance carrier only if you choose to apply for and are issued a policy. Our compensation does not increase the premium you pay the carrier.
3. Not Insurance, Tax, Legal, or Investment Advice
Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not:
- An offer or solicitation of insurance in any jurisdiction where Trust Life Solutions is not licensed
- An offer of coverage or a binding quote

Trust Life Solutions is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or products of any carrier.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Latah County, Idaho, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
